Roles — who can do what

Staff are invited with a role. Owners and Admins can do everything, including settings, billing configuration, API keys and team management; some destructive actions (deleting students, enrollments and documents) also need the college's delete code, which only the Owner sets. Staff handle day-to-day student work. Instructors see only what they teach: the class schedules, student roster, attendance and grades for the programs they are assigned to, plus staff announcements. Everything there is read-only except placements: instructors of ECA and PSW classes (day and evening) can add a student's placement and keep it up to date from the student's page under My students. Viewer is read-only. Manage team members, instructor assignments and the delete code under Settings → Team.
