Holidays and college breaks on schedules

Add closures under Settings → Holidays, or in the "Holidays & college breaks" box on any class schedule. A statutory or civic holiday is a single day with no class. A college break is a range of days when the college is closed (for example December 18–31) — enter the first and last day. Every class day that falls on a holiday or break moves to the next class day, so no course loses days. Schedules only list the holidays that fall inside that student's dates, and statutory holidays during placement are left off because the student follows the employer's calendar.
