Rolling intakes — students joining mid-cycle

If a program runs continuously and students can join at any point, open its Class schedule and set "Rolling intake — cycle started (module 1)" to the day the current cycle began module 1. Then, for any student start date, Cohort starts the student at the module the class is on that day, runs to the end of the cycle, and then schedules the modules they missed from the next cycle, followed by their practicum. The note under the field tells you which module that start date picks up at, and the table keeps the program's own module numbers (for example 11, 12, 13, 1, 2…). Leave the field empty if every student starts at module 1 on their own date. The same dates appear in the student portal and on the student's enrollment.
