Reading the Accounts page: due now, coming up, money received

Accounts shows four figures. Due now is everything owed today by current students, split by how late it is (1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days). Coming up is what falls due in the next three months and later, for planning. Received is the money that came in this month — every payment with a received date in the month, minus refunds paid out — with last month beside it; click it to see each payment, or download the list as CSV, and tick it off against your bank statement. e-Transfers that students reported but nobody has confirmed yet are shown separately and not counted until confirmed. The By month table puts what was due each month (billed, paid, still owing) next to the money actually received that month. The invoice list is grouped by due month with each month's totals, and every unpaid invoice is tagged with its age. Every invoice has a number from the day it is created; "Plan" means a payment-plan installment that hasn't been sent to the student yet (Cohort emails it 7 days before the due date), "Sent" means they have it. Use the Unpaid filter to see everything still owing.

Cohort is the student information system for Canadian private career colleges.
