See who is overdue and send a reminder

Accounts → the Overdue card (or the Overdue filter) lists every unpaid invoice past its due date for current students, with how many days late each one is. Unpaid scheduled installments count too. The dashboard shows the same total. To chase one invoice now, open it and click "Send payment reminder": Cohort picks the right notice for how late the payment is and includes your e-Transfer details. It won't send a second reminder for the same invoice on the same day. If an invoice page says "Possible duplicate", the student has another invoice for the same amount and due date; void the one that isn't needed so it stops showing as owing.
