Payment plans and installments

On a student's enrollment you can attach a payment plan that splits the balance into scheduled installments, each with its own invoice and due date. A plan can be rebuilt while none of its installments has been paid. Each installment is paid and receipted like any other invoice, and unpaid installments are picked up by the automatic payment reminders.
